For nearly three decades, Mark “Dr. Tea” Ukra has traveled the world to pursue his studies of tea and is considered a leading authority on the subject. Because Dr. Tea, and a large part of the world, believes everyone can benefit from tea, both his and the Tea Garden’s philosophy is to teach and guide individuals about tea’s rich history, health benefits, proper brewing techniques and to provide the world’s finest teas.
